To use our Site and purchase products, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing on our Site are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. Colors and appearance may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and display technology.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product we supply and to discontinue any product at any time without notice. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
All prices listed on our Site are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by TeraMobile. We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and selected digital payment methods. All payment information is processed securely through PCI DSS compliant third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Upon successful placement of an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and a unique order reference number. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product and send you a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. TeraMobile shall not be liable for any delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
You may return any unopened product in its original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For opened products, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, subject to the product being in its original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different model or variant, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require a price adjustment.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and provide a replacement or full refund at your choice. All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
All smartphones and accessories sold by TeraMobile come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty periods and terms vary by manufacturer and product. TeraMobile is not the warrantor and does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer, except as required by law. For warranty claims, please contact our support team who will assist you in liaising with the manufacturer.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of TeraMobile or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
All brand names, product names, and logos displayed on the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on our Site does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those trademark owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TeraMobile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to TeraMobile in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeraMobile, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TeraMobile. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any website you visit.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform or other alternative dispute resolution procedures.
